  My mom loves frozen yogurt.
  Now, I'm hooked on it too.
My favorite is the tart flavor at the
In the Mix Yogurt Shop in Poway.

I try to get the non-fat or low-fat variety.
But when they have the Cake Batter or the Red Velvet flavors,
I add a dollop of them too,

because the flavors are too yummy to resist.
